I live in Pasco (central WA state) and I have 3 boys that are autistic - the problem is there are no programs or resources available in the local schools to help them. They get written off basically and they've regressed and/or remained stagnant because of it (at 6, 4, and 2 1/2 they can't talk, use the toilet, bathe themselves, or do anything normal children their age can do and they are self-injurous [biting their hands, throwing themselves into things, etc]). I am trying to move to Seattle where there are far more programs and help available, and Im almost there - I have an apt, school, Dr, everything. I just need to get there. I'm looking for help of any kind - if anyone knows where I can get a loan with bad credit, or if anyone can help me out themselves either with moving or with money Id be more than happy to pay you back ASAP. Im not moving for myself, my kids desperately need this move and any help or info would be so incredibly appreciated. My family cant help & Im desperate. As I said everything is set up, I have an apt - its mine, paid for & waiting for me to get the keys. I just need to get there. I have spoken to Soc. Services, Red Cross, & Salvation Army and theres no help available from them aside from food. Local churches are useless unless youre a member and were Jewish so theyre even more unwilling to help. Ive gone to all the state agencies here, and Seattle agencies cant help unless Im there. I need some kind of help or info about help that can get my kids moved soon. Ive already been forced to watch my kids regress to the point of near mental infancy because of this area and they cant stay here - I cant keep watching them suffer like this. Just today the 2 yr old threw himself into the door and bloodied his mouth. I need this move very soon, in the next few days and any kind of help that can get that done is what I so very much need.
